Videographer: Artist Event Performance

Project Overview

We’re looking for a creative and skilled videographer to document key moments from an upcoming musical event. The project includes filming two separate sessions—one in advance of the main event and one on the day itself—and editing the footage into two polished videos plus short-form content suitable for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to the designated location(s) for scheduled filming days.
• Set up and operate video, audio, and lighting equipment to capture high-quality visuals and sound.
• Film a behind-the-scenes or preparation session on Friday, April 25th, 2025.
• Film the main event on Tuesday, April 29th, 2025, capturing content throughout the full day.
• Edit the footage into two distinct videos:
  • Recap/highlight video from the preparation session.
  • Recap/highlight video from the main event.
• Capture additional short-form content tailored for social media stories.
• Ensure clear audio capture and well-composed visuals throughout.
• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to accommodate any specific shot requests.

Required Availability:

• Friday, April 25th, 2025 — Full-day shoot
• Tuesday, April 29th, 2025 — Full-day shoot

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer, particularly with live events, music performances, or similar dynamic settings.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant previous work is required.
• Ownership of professional-grade camera, lenses, audio recording equipment (microphones, recorders), and lighting as needed.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to work independently and capture key moments effectively throughout a full day shoot.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Compensation
Kshs. 20,000 Total
