We’re looking for a Customer Service Intern who’s a strong communicator and loves helping people. If you enjoy solving problems, chatting with people online, and turning confusion into clarity — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to guest and host questions via WhatsApp, Gmail, and Instagram DMs
- Guide vendors through the onboarding process
- Assist in solving booking issues and making sure every user has a smooth experience
- Keep track of recurring issues and suggest ways we can improve
- Maintain a friendly, warm tone that reflects the company brand
- Occasionally help with community engagement and FAQs
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English is a must)
- Friendly, articulate, and calm under pressure
- Familiarity with Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Instagram
- Confident handling calls, messages, and managing expectations
- Experience in hospitality, events, or online platforms (is a must)
- Based in Kenya, with reliable internet and flexible availability
