Role Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy, driving aggressive sales growth, and creating systems and teams that support scalable success. This role requires a leader with experience in sales, distribution, and business development—someone who thrives in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about generating real monthly profits.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement strategic growth plans across new and existing markets.
* Drive aggressive sales targets and ensure consistent monthly revenue growth.
* Build and lead a high-performance team aligned with business objectives.
* Identify, develop, and execute new revenue opportunities.
* Design internal ecosystems and operational environments for long-term success.
* Maintain strong oversight of financial performance and profitability.
* Represent the company to partners, investors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

* A proven sales leader with a strong track record in revenue growth.
* Experienced in building and scaling start-ups, especially in distribution or FMCG sectors.
* Skilled in designing operational systems that support scale and performance.
* Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with a growth mindset and resilient character.
* Capable of spotting new opportunities in the market and executing swiftly.
* Financially astute, with a sharp focus on profitability and monthly cash flow.
Requirements
* 7+ years in sales, business development, or executive leadership roles.
* Experience leading or scaling a start-up or high-growth business.
* Strong knowledge of distribution, logistics, and supply chain management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
