Key Responsibilities

  • Support the social media manager in developing and scheduling content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand goals and current promotions.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, implementing new techniques to keep the brand’s presence relevant.
  • Support content creation efforts, capturing high-quality photos and videos to highlight the food court’s unique offerings and atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably within the food or hospitality industry.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create compelling visual content.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for engaging and brand-consistent captions.
  • Experience with social media management tools and basic photo or video editing software (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).

We are looking for an Interior Designer that will be responsible for redesigning the interior layout of our mini mart to improve customer flow, maximize space utilization, and create an aesthetically pleasing shopping environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of retail design principles, and a passion for creating functional and inviting spaces.

In this role you will: 

  • Lead the interior redesign project from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Develop efficient and effective floor plans that improve traffic flow and maximize space utilization.
  • Work closely with the store management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project goals and company brand.
  • Create and present design concepts that enhance the customer shopping experience, considering factors such as lighting, color schemes, fixtures, and signage.
  • Focus on creating an intuitive and seamless shopping environment that encourages customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare cost estimates for the project budget, ensuring all expenditures are approved and tracked.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong portfolio showcasing previous retail or general interior design projects.
  • Is proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent spatial planning, visual presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail design principles and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
