We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of basic to high-quality products in a welcoming and convenient setting. We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Interior Designer to lead a store revamp project aimed at enhancing the customer shopping experience.

We are looking for an Interior Designer that will be responsible for redesigning the interior layout of our mini mart to improve customer flow, maximize space utilization, and create an aesthetically pleasing shopping environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of retail design principles, and a passion for creating functional and inviting spaces.

In this role you will: 

  • Lead the interior redesign project from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Develop efficient and effective floor plans that improve traffic flow and maximize space utilization.
  • Work closely with the store management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project goals and company brand.
  • Create and present design concepts that enhance the customer shopping experience, considering factors such as lighting, color schemes, fixtures, and signage.
  • Focus on creating an intuitive and seamless shopping environment that encourages customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare cost estimates for the project budget, ensuring all expenditures are approved and tracked.
  • Ensure all design solutions comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for the construction and installation phases

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong portfolio showcasing previous retail or general interior design projects.
  • Is proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent spatial planning, visual presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail design principles and customer behavior.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
  • Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and construction methods.

Event Experiential Manager: Bubbles and Brushes

Bubbles and Brushes is a curated kids’ paint and sip event, offering a unique and creative experience for children  to explore their artistic talents in a fun and engaging environment. Our events combine painting sessions with interactive activities, games, and refreshments, creating unforgettable memories for children and their parents. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Event Experiential Manager to execute the experience at our next Bubbles and Brushes event.

The Event Experiential Manager will play a key role in:

  • Collaborating with the venue,  event curators and creative team to refine existing event concepts and themes that appeal to children and families.
  • Plan and coordinate various aspects of event logistics, including venue site visits, decor and entertainment to create an immersive and memorable experience.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all elements are in place on time and running smoothly.
  • Coordinate with the relevant vendors and suppliers 
  • Monitor event flow and attendee satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns with the project leads in a timely and professional manner.

Bubbles and Brushes is Looking for someone that has: 

  • Previous experience in experiential event planning, coordination, and  management preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative mindset and passion for delivering unique and engaging experiences for children and families.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of child safety regulations is a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
