About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative Assistant Content Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing digital content across various online platforms, with a focus on our key brands: KO (including KO Klub and Kraft Room), 5.8, and our corporate brand AO. Your mission is to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience, optimize it for search engines and user experience, and oversee content distribution strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires an organized and proactive individual with experience in the digital space and good collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the Digital Manager and creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and create engaging and relevant digital content for multiple brands.
  • Craft high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with the target audience.
Editing and Proofreading:
  • Ensure the accuracy, grammar, and consistency of all written content.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Creative Design Skills:
  • Possess creative design skills with the ability to ideate and contribute to visual content concepts.
  • Utilize knowledge of design tools to create and edit visual content that complements digital materials.
Keyword Research:
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content development and improve SEO rankings.
  • Utilize keywords effectively to optimize content for search engines.
Content Calendar:
  • Maintain a content calendar to plan and organize content creation and distribution.
  • Ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all digital platforms.
Audience Engagement:
  • Foster audience engagement by creating content that encourages interaction and discussion.
  • Respond to audience comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor the performance of digital content using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Digital Manager to assess content effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Content Distribution & Optimization:
  • Manage the distribution of digital content across various online channels, including websites, social media platforms, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify the most effective content distribution channels and strategies.
  • Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Enhance user experience by crafting content that is easy to navigate, engaging, and mobile-friendly.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and social media teams and agencies, to ensure seamless content integration.
  • Support the Digital Manager in coordinating content calendars and schedules.

Must Have Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  2. Strong understanding of content management systems, SEO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
  3. Good collaborative skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in using content creation and scheduling tools.
  6. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  8. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  9. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
