The Role

Flight Attendants are responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers on board Jambojet flights. They provide exceptional customer service while adhering to safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-flight checks of aircraft cabins and safety equipment.
• Welcome passengers on board and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Provide safety demonstrations and instructions to passengers.
• Serve meals and beverages to passengers, catering to special dietary requests where possible.
• Attend to passenger needs and requests promptly and professionally.
• Handle emergency situations and administer first aid as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures, including seatbelt compliance and cabin safety.
• Manage cabin baggage and ensure proper stowage.
• Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with passengers.
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Complete post-flight reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Cabin Crew Training from a recognized institution.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Fluency in English and Swahili (additional languages are an advantage).
