In celebration of International Women’s Day (March 8) and Women’s History Month, Joby, a platform empowering young Kenyan creatives, and Tukutane Entertainment, champions of East African music and culture, are proud to present a special design challenge. We’re uniting to honor the extraordinary women who have not only contributed to, but have fundamentally shaped, the vibrant Kenyan music industry. This challenge is our way of amplifying their voices and recognizing their indelible impact on our cultural landscape.
Your Mission:
Create a stunning digital poster that highlights and celebrates the powerful women who have contributed to the vibrant landscape of Kenyan music.

How to Enter:
- Follow these Instagram pages: @joby_kenya and @tukutane.ent
- Applicants who have not followed the two pages will not be eligible
- Design a digital poster that celebrates women in Kenyan music.
- Let your creativity soar! We encourage you to explore unique visual styles, bold color palettes, and innovative layouts. Think outside the box and bring your most inspired vision to life
- Ensure your design is in Instagram post size (1080*1350 or 4:5)
- Submit your design on the application form
- Submit your design by Friday, 14 March – 2:00 PM
The Selection Process:
- Our team will select the top 4 designs.
- These 4 finalists will be posted for public voting on our Instagram page.
- Our followers will vote to determine the winner!
