Position Overview
We’re hiring a Communications and Client Relations Officer to join our growing team. This role is at the heart of how we communicate with our partners and audiences. You’ll work across digital content, public relations, and client engagement—playing a vital role in delivering high-quality campaigns that reflect Mansa’s voice and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute communication strategies that reflect Mansa’s voice and purpose.
● Manage day-to-day communication with clients to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and timely updates.
● Coordinate and support the creation of branded content—social media, newsletters, reports, and press kits.
● Assist in planning and promoting events, launches, or panel discussions, both virtual and physical.
● Track media performance and client engagement to generate actionable insights.
● Ensure all client touchpoints reflect excellence, professionalism, and cultural nuance.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in communications, client relations, or media content creation.
● Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Outlook, Canva, and optionally CapCut/InShot for content creation.
● Excellent writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
● Familiarity with African business contexts or media landscape is a plus.
