REPORTS TO: Senior Brand Executive – Hospitality Marketing
Responsible for developing and executing innovative and captivating brand concepts, designs, and visual communication strategies for assigned projects.
Key Skillset:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Expertise in crafting and developing captivating visual content that powerfully communicates brand messaging.
• Strong verbal communication skills for articulating design ideas to colleagues and clients.
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling design narratives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Interpret and adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication principles for each project.
• Identify new creative opportunities to enhance the impact of design efforts.
• Effectively represent the company’s vision and values through creative visuals to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute design concepts for various marketing collaterals and materials, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on design strategies and goals.
• Present design concepts and solutions to the marketing team for review and feedback.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas for projects and campaigns.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide regular progress updates to the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the design process.
• Maintain a cohesive and visually appealing digital and print presence for the company’s brand across multiple platforms and materials.
• Assist in the creation of visually appealing marketing materials for various projects and campaigns.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all design elements adhere to the company’s brand identity and vision.
• Undertake any additional design-related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Academic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is required.
Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative design.
