A well-established and renowned space comprising premium restaurants, bars, and entertainment spaces, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketer to spearhead its marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing and a comprehensive understanding of broader marketing strategies. This role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new patrons to the venue.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, creating engaging content that aligns with the brand’s image and appeals to diverse audiences.
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to promote events, special offers, and restaurant experiences.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and videos for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, utilizing data to refine strategies and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Oversee website content updates to ensure the platform is engaging, informative, and user-friendly.
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives, including print media, partnerships, and in-house promotional campaigns.
- Engage with customers online to build and maintain a strong digital community and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the events, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising channels (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
