About the Role
The Digital Marketer drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for The Location through innovative digital strategies. This role requires expertise in campaign management, data analytics, and content creation across platforms such as social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate will balance creativity with analytical rigor to optimize ROI and align marketing efforts with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, PPC) to promote menu items, events, and promotions.
- Create and publish 3 daily content pieces (e.g., social posts, blogs, ads) aligned with brand voice and seasonal trends.
- Update food images and descriptions on delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats etc) to maintain visual appeal and accuracy.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM tools.
- Generate weekly reports on KPIs such as traffic growth, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, emails, and landing pages to optimize engagement.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze competitors’ pricing, promotions, and digital presence to identify opportunities.
- Research emerging trends (e.g., food blogging, influencer partnerships) to inform campaigns.
- Collaborate with food bloggers, reviewers, and creative teams to produce compelling content.
- Lead Generation & Retention:
- Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers (target: 15% open rate).
