They’re seeking a Growth and Community Manager to join their team to boost their online presence and create a thriving, inclusive coffee community through fun and immersive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Building & Engagement: Grow and manage a buzzing community of coffee lovers! Curate exciting events and product offerings that bring the brand to life.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, craft, and launch engaging content across all our platforms. Keep our website blog relevant with stories that align with our coffee mission.
- Understand our Community: Dive deep into customer profiles, sales cycles, and market trends to craft and implement effective growth strategies.
- Social Media Management: Ensure consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned communication across all our SM channels.
- Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Leverage your FMCG or F&B experience to drive sales and implement growth strategies that take us to the next level.
Who you Are:
- You’re passionate about coffee and have a strong interest in the coffee industry.
- You’ve got experience in FMCG or F&B, and you know your way around go-to-market strategies.
- You’re a strong communicator – you’re great with words, visuals, and presentations and you’ve mastered creative tools like Canva.
- You understand what makes customers tick and how to drive growth.
- You’re a social media expert with a talent for building thriving online communities.
- You’re persistent, proactive, and a creative problem-solver enthusiastic to join a growing start up.
