Job Overview

Culinary Crossroads is looking for an organized and customer-oriented Intern to assist with managing deliveries and supporting customer service. This role offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced food service industry, providing valuable skills in customer interaction, logistics, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor delivery orders to ensure timely and accurate service for customers.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Work closely with restaurant staff to oversee order preparation and dispatch.
• Track delivery performance, reporting on successes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support front-of-house activities, helping to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Assist in maintaining records of deliveries, customer feedback, and operational insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle fast-paced environments.
