Job Overview

We are seeking a self driven and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and Customer acquisition. Your main objective will be to drive growth by opening new accounts and managing the accounts opened, for which you will receive a fixed commission per account.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1.  Acquisition of new clients in targeted markets
  2. Training of clients (Refresher/ New Training) and creating product awareness.
  3. Product support to the acquired clients
  4. Monitoring of client’s performance on the product sold customer service and complaint handling
  5. Be Lemonade Brand ambassador in the Market
  6. Handle Customer Queries on site
  7. Branding and Visibility of the Acquired Outlets
  8. Competitor Analysis
  9. Each brand Ambassador will tailor their target towards the DSA target during the MIT/Market activation

Qualifications

  1. Diploma/ Certificate in Sales and Marketing
  2. Experience in field Sales is an Added advantage
  3. Proven experience in sales and within fintech, insurance or financial services and Telecoms
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  7. Familiarity with fintech products and services is a plus.
  8. Must have a smartphone for conducting business activities.

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. You will receive a fixed amount for every successful account acquired with additional commission on the transacting account opened over a defined period.
