Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Associate to support our business development efforts by executing marketing strategies and driving sales growth. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring consistent brand messaging while directly contributing to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
● Drive sales through direct outreach, relationship-building, and lead generation.
● Manage customer engagement across digital platforms.
● Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
● Collaborate on branding and product positioning strategies.
Requirements:
● 2–5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales.
● Demonstrated success in growing brand awareness and customer base.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Content creation skills (specifically video editing) are a strong advantage.
