Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze performance metrics across social media, app stores, and websites. Analyze the performance and customer usage of our apps/products/platforms. Track campaign effectiveness, analyze website traffic, and create promotional presentations. Optimize tools and methodologies for social media and customer experience efforts. Gather user feedback to enhance their experience and generate detailed reports.
- Structured Approach to Marketing: Implement structured and organized processes to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.
- Project Management and Cross-Functional Communication: Apply strong project management skills to create and follow processes effectively. Communicate across functions to support strategy development, budget planning, and setting marketing plans and targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research by gathering data, performing competitor analysis, and analyzing customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Content and Social Media Management: Develop strategies to increase community engagement on social media platforms. Identify top platform photos, themes, and trends to create engaging content and schedules. Coordinate content calendars with design teams.
- Client Interaction and Community Management: Interact directly with clients and consumers, answer questions, collect feedback, and attend customer meetings to understand their requirements.
- Email Marketing and SEO: Assist in writing newsletters, manage email campaigns, and optimize website content through SEO tasks like keyword research and meta-tag optimization. Completion of a specialized SEO digital marketing course is a plus.
- Event Organization: Plan and arrange virtual webinars and in-person conferences.
- Database and CRM Administration: Monitor and update the company’s database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems as needed.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategy, with familiarity in various analytics and marketing tools (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics platforms).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation, along with experience in managing social media marketing budgets and campaigns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity, with strong project management skills to effectively create and follow processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and consumers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Access to a suitable, quiet remote work location with a reliable internet connection.
