About the Role:
As the Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in promoting Holy Cross and its unique educational offerings to prospective families. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, generates enrollment inquiries, and supports our admissions goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all marketing activities for the school, including open days, school events, and initiatives like bootcamps and festivals.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through the school website and social media platforms. This includes creating engaging content, managing daily posts, and generating reports to track performance.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and website content, ensuring messaging aligns with the school’s brand and Catholic identity.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to support recruitment efforts and generate enrollment leads.
- Craft compelling email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with prospective families.
- Identify and secure opportunities for media coverage in Catholic publications and local media outlets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including social media management and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messaging.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the Catholic faith and its values is preferred.
