Job Overview
Roots Credit Ltd is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Product Development Manager to enhance brand visibility, develop impactful marketing strategies, and drive customer value addition. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Create and present business cases, pricing analyses, and ROI reports for new products and services.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance Roots Credit Ltd’s digital presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, through consistent and engaging content.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of an interactive, user-friendly website that serves as a communication and customer acquisition channel.
- Ensure the production of high-quality marketing materials, both physical and digital, that strengthen brand visibility across all touchpoints.
- Lead market research and innovation efforts to expand brand equity and business growth.
- Implement and manage customer relationship management systems to enhance engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives that optimize the customer journey to attract and retain clients.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, preferably Marketing.
- In the absence of a Marketing degree, a recognized professional marketing qualification, such as CIM or a marketing diploma.
Key Competencies
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing and product development roles, with a proven track record in branding, digital and social media marketing, product rollouts, and marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in marketing communications, media relations, CRM systems, business analysis, and marketing research.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and results-driven approach.
- Innovation: A creative mindset with the ability to identify and implement strategies for business growth.
