Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating impactful content that drives sales. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, design, market research, and, importantly, content creation focused on conversion. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the brand’s online presence and driving customer acquisition through strategic, high-quality content and targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales conversions.
  • Develop segmented lists and tailor email content to various audience personas for personalized outreach.
  • Use email automation tools to nurture leads, create drip campaigns, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Conduct A/B tests to continually improve subject lines, CTAs, and overall campaign performance.
  • Analyze key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to refine strategies.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and curate engaging social media content that aligns with brand identity and drives traffic to sales funnels.
  • Develop and implement paid social campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving conversions.
  • Use social media platforms to engage with followers, promote products/services, and drive users down the sales pipeline.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize content for better conversion.

Content Creation for Sales Conversions:

  • Develop persuasive content for blogs, landing pages, ads, and email campaigns that guide users through the buyer’s journey and increase conversion rates.
  • Create and design high-quality, conversion-optimized visuals, infographics, and multimedia content to enhance engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create content that addresses customer pain points, highlights product benefits, and encourages purchases.
  • Write compelling copy for promotional materials, product descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns with clear CTAs aimed at conversions.
  • Ensure that all content is SEO-optimized to increase visibility and drive traffic that converts.

Market Research & Observation:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for content that can lead to conversions.
  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and analytics to continuously optimize content and campaigns for better results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing strategies, and competitor activities to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

Design & Visual Content Creation:

  • Design eye-catching visuals and marketing materials for email campaigns, social media, and other digital assets that support content-driven conversion goals.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Create on-brand visuals, including social media graphics, banners, and landing pages, that encourage user action and sales.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment between content strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and executing content calendars for all digital channels, ensuring timely execution of content to support sales campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of comprehensive marketing reports and dashboards that track the effectiveness of content and sales-driven initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a marketing role with a focus on content creation, sales conversions, email marketing, social media, and design.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in email marketing platforms e.g (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
    • Deep understanding of social media platforms and tools for content management (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
    • Strong design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
    • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Ability to write high-converting copy and create compelling content that drives sales.
  • Sales-Focused Mindset: Strong understanding of sales funnels and conversion optimization, with the ability to create content that directly contributes to revenue generation.
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: Ability to think creatively while also analyzing data to refine and improve content strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
  • Collaborative: Team player who can work effectively with various departments, including sales, design, and product teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in content quality, design, and campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices for web pages and landing pages.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices to create content that ranks and drives organic traffic.
