Job Overview
A well-known local craft brewery with a reputation for exceptional drinks and vibrant social spots is seeking a skilled and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at one of its most popular venues. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for craft beverages, exceptional hospitality skills, and the ability to manage a high-energy team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant activities, including meals preparation, customer service, and maintaining quality standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and support bar staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and a collaborative work environment.
- Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience that reflects the brand’s reputation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for food, beverages and bar supplies, placing timely orders to avoid shortages.
- Menu Innovation: Work with the brewery team to feature popular offerings and seasonal specials.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Facility Manager to align bar operations with the overall management of the venue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of F&B, with an understanding of customer preferences.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
