Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant Operations: Oversee daily restaurant activities, including meals preparation, customer service, and maintaining quality standards.
• Team Management: Supervise and support bar staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and a collaborative work environment.
• Customer Experience: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience that reflects the brand’s reputation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for food, beverages and bar supplies, placing timely orders to avoid shortages.
• Menu Innovation: Work with the brewery team to feature popular offerings and seasonal specials.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the Facility Manager to align bar operations with the overall management of the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of F&B, with an understanding of customer preferences.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Professional certification in hospitality management is a plus.
