About the Role
The Sales & Marketing Manager collaborates closely with the Business Development & Brands Manager by executing sales strategies, optimizing customer engagement, managing lead pipelines, and ensuring marketing initiatives translate into measurable sales performance. This role acts as a bridge between brand initiatives and commercial performance, emphasizing tactical execution, CRM efficiency, customer retention, and campaign support to drive sustainable revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Implement sales plans aligned with broader business development strategies and revenue goals.
- Manage the complete sales funnel lifecycle, from prospecting to conversion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate recurring business.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM systems to ensure accurate and comprehensive data.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure invoicing accuracy and timely collections.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend solutions.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Support campaign execution by coordinating assets across internal and external channels.
- Ensure timely deployment of digital, print, and event-related marketing material.
- Work closely with the creative and social media teams to synchronize messaging and scheduling.
- Collect and report feedback from campaigns to support optimization.
Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Generate accurate reports on lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Use data analytics to identify successful sales tactics and areas for improvement.
- Track return on investment (ROI) from sales initiatives and marketing support.
- Present actionable insights to management for strategic refinement.
Client Engagement & Retention
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to assess satisfaction and offer additional services.
- Create feedback loops from client experiences to inform future campaigns.
- Assist in the development of loyalty and referral programs.
- Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth post-sale client experience.
Support for Strategic Partnerships & Brand Growth
- Assist the Business Development & Brands Manager in researching and identifying potential brand and partnership opportunities.
- Provide sales insights and customer feedback to inform partnership strategies and brand activations.
- Support the preparation of proposals and pitch materials for brand collaborations.
- Maintain communication with partners post-activation to gather feedback and explore upselling opportunities.
- Help coordinate the execution of branded events by aligning sales efforts with brand goals.
Product Development Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end process of developing new products and services based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Translate brand strategies and customer needs into commercially viable offerings.
- Collaborate with the Business Development & Brands Manager to refine product concepts and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and production teams to bring new offerings to market effectively.
Cross-functional Support
- Provide logistical and sales support during branded events, activations, and seasonal launches.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, operations, marketing) to streamline execution.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure brand alignment.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Achievement of assigned monthly sales targets.
- Quarterly revenue growth of at least 15%.
- 25% increase in lead conversion rate within 6 months.
- CRM data accuracy and entry compliance above 95%.
- Execution of a minimum of 3 marketing-supported sales campaigns per quarter.
- Client follow-up completion rate of 90% within 7 days post-event.
