About the Role
Sales Executives at The Location Rooftop are responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through outreach and networking, achieving a set monthly target.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the network.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms for lead generation.
Sales Conversion:
- Close sales on event bookings, VIP packages, and other services, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Handle contract negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all client interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Generate CRM reports to track sales performance.
Client Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Manage post-sale client communications to ensure satisfaction.
Market Feedback:
- Provide regular insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to products or services based on client interactions.
Reporting:
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports, including conversion rates and revenue metrics.
- Highlight challenges faced and propose solutions.
