Job Summary
Alpha Force is seeking a Sales officer to join their team! You will be responsible for expanding the company’s book of business by securing new clients, selling new and improved services to new and existing clients, and serving as the liaison between all our clients and the business.
Jobs Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue through seeing and seizing opportunities for new and existing businesses
- Attend Site Show Rounds
- Prepare high quality proposals for new clients and for old clients requiring new services
- Support the Senior Management Team to present proposals to clients
- Assist in organising Business Development Events and Functions
- Assist in business administrative work
- To conduct marketing and sales of security guarding businesses as well as cross-sell other security-related products
- To establish new clientele
- To oversee the successful delivery of projects as well as the mounting of new projects
- To ensure growth and profitability of your Business Unit
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Meet designated sales as by customizing marketing strategies to sell security services to businesses or individuals
- Conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing events.
- Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
- Reviewing the progress and success of a event, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new events as necessary
- Any other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Protective services & Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a Security Company particularly in business development, sales or account management
- Prior customer service and sales experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong network within the Security industry
- A creative person with integrity, respect for others, a commitment to engage, build trust, and a genuine caring.
