Job Description
Oakmont Distributors is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for self-starters with a passion for sales to contribute to the growth of our fast-rising distribution business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers (primarily retailers, shops, and other relevant businesses) to maximize the sales and distribution of our soda products. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently and exceeding targets. You will be on the front lines of our business, representing Oakmont Distributors and ensuring our products are readily available to consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the designated regions (Ruaka, Kiambu, Runda).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for increased sales.
- Present and promote our range of soda products to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at customer locations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within your assigned territory.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Effectively manage your daily schedule to maximize sales activities within your designated areas.
