The Role

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Social Media Associate to manage and elevate our online presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nightlife, music, and digital trends, with a proven ability to engage audiences and drive excitement across various social media platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s voice and connecting with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging social media strategies aligned with the venue’s marketing objectives and event calendar.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across key platforms
  • Plan and execute posts, stories, reels, and live content to maintain consistent brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activity, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to promote upcoming events, special offers, and new features.
  • Track and analyze social media performance data, generating reports on key metrics and suggesting improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Capture high-quality photo and video content at events to be used across social platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience (1-3 years) as a Social Media Associate, Coordinator, or similar role, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industry.
  • Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts with a strong portfolio of creative content.
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by events.
