We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to spearhead our online presence at CubanCode. If you’re a dynamic and creative individual with a passion for social media and a love for food, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that aligns with the restaurant’s brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions that drive traffic and increase sales.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and optimize content strategies accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and compelling content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and hospitality, with a customer-centric approach to social media management.
